mine has got a fair amount of play, changed the u-joints and found this out in the process. Ive got an '88 v6 automatic. wondering what the process was for changing out that bearing. I ordered one in and its a roller bearing, the listing on autozone said it was a ball bearing. Wondering if I got the right one, would hate to find out after I get it off. I just kinda wanna know what I'm doing before I tear into this thing. Thank you all very much!

Dude, call MarlinCrawler and ask.
They will give the correct answer, and probably have the part.
Marlin is the man when it comes to t-case and tranny stuff.
