transmission issues

My 04 Celica GT is having a slight tranny issue. Here it is every morning and afternoon (after it sits all day) it runs at real high RPM in drive for about 5min then it drops down to normal. Trans fluid is full and looks good, I am at a lost. Thanks for any help.
