I bought a 2016 Sequoia with 150k miles
Carfax shows regular servicing and everything is fine runs great
How much does a dealership charge to replace fluid or service transmission
No problems I watched a video on YouTube that says change every 60k
can a dealer tell if the fluid has been changed?

I have been doing drain and fills on my 14' since I got it a couple of years ago. I did 3 in a row the first time and try to do one at every oil change. There is a process to check the level where you override the service plug and make sure the tranny temperature is at the correct level and its a big process. I don't mess with that, I just assume my level was correct and when I do my drain and fills I just make sure I put in exactly what I take out. I use Valvoline MaxLife ATF fluid......it's about $23 at Walmart.

This just popped up with 2 videos showing the process:

You can submit a sample to a lab for analysis. You will find several companies online. Alternatively, you will need to drain a few drops and dip a white paper towel. At 150K, if the ATF has never been changed, the color on the paper towel will likely be all brown, but may have a little pink hue, if any. If the color is mostly pink, then, the ATF has been changed, roughly, 40K-70K miles ago.

If this were my vehicle, I would replace the ATF filter. It is likely a mesh filter that can be cleaned chemically, but I would get a new one anyways. Clean out the pan and magnets good and hope there are no large particles. All you should see is black muck and maybe some fine metal particles. Any large particles or lots of metal flakes is bad and indicative the tranny is not as healthy.

Dig out the owner’s manual to see ATF changes. If you don't have it, you can download a copy on Toyota TIS. Odds are, the manual will say you only need to change the ATF if your driving falls under ‘special operating conditions’, off-roading, towing, commercial use, etc… I suggest all Toyota/Lexus owners follow these guidelines.

I had the Toyota dealership change the transmission fluid. It cost $276 plus tax.
I'm 74 years old and I stopped crawling under my vehicles 4 years ago. I used to enjoy
working on them myself but not anymore.
I bought the 2016 Sequoia last year and it's in excellent condition. The servicing is documented except
for the transmission fluid service.
I had a Chevy Suburban and when it reached 150K miles I was on my third transmission,
This 2016 Sequoia is my second Sequoia and I became impressed with Toyotas.
