Personally I don’t like them with the silver. I would only use them with all black wheels.

Just curious, why plastic caps instead of just buying black lug nuts? I did a quick search and it seems like the caps aren't much cheaper.

I cant speak for him. Although as someone who has had black and other colored lug nuts in the past, they are so hard to keep that same color if you take your wheels off enough. The caps can be removed when you want to take them off. But I have never used caps personally, just had lugs that would get messed up.
Exactly reason above. Coated lug nuts get stripped and look bad. Plastic caps are easily removable and you retain oem lugnuts. Just my take on this... I think caps were 5 bucks.
