anybody installed it on their 09 S yet? and you guys installed it through the dealer or other places? and how much did the dealer charge to install it. And if you install on your own, will it still cover by the warranty?

anybody knows?
If you install them yourself, then the springs are only warrantied for one year.
But will the warranty of the car got affected by it? since is not installed by the dealer itself
ONLY if the dealer can prove that what ever failed on your car was caused by the springs not being installed properly.
e.g.
If your driver's window motor stops working, then you are fine because it had nothing to do with the springs...
e.g.
If your wipers stoppped working because during the install process you had to remove them and put them back on, and you re-installed them wrong. Then you're wipers aren't covered by warranty.
Your suspension might not be covered anymore under warranty because a non-licensed mechanic did work on it. (If you're a licensed mechanic then your warranty is fine because you know what you're doing)... Actually most people know what they are doing if they are willing to install the springs themselves. But as far as toyota is concerned, Not a Toyota Employee, Not gonna cut it.
It's always good to make friends with guys in the service dept at dealers because then you get good deals.

Any idea how much the dealer would charge for labor on this install?

Here in Canada i was quoted $440 for the install by the dealer

Tuner shop by my place quoted $85 per corner + $80 for alignment = $420
Tuner shop said they would charge extra because of the Wipers removal proceedure that was in the manual.

you might as well bend over and let them have their way with you too :lol:
seriously though, you can easily get them done for much less than than that with some searching around.
