On a fuel injected car, thats usually about it.

On the high end, it can consist of:
spark plugs
air filter
fuel injector cleaning or dumping fuel injector cleaner in the tank
resetting the idle
reading any check engine codes/clearing codes
checking the timing

But most often if you call an average joe shop for a quote it will consist of only the spark plugs. Now, if you're talking about say a 60k mile service package, that can include a lot more things.

My tune ups that I do usually depend on if the car is a garage queen like my BMWs or just a mule like the carmy.

For a mile mule I usually clean the throttle body/IAC motor, pull a spark plug and check for signs of obvious problems/fouling, and possibly run some seafoam/fuel injector cleaner in the tank. I havent actually TRIED seafoam yet, but I have 2 cans of it in my garage that I've been waiting to use, and I've heard good things.

On a garage queen or someone that insists, I'll do all of the above and spark plugs, possibly wires if they've been rubbing on something on the outside. I've seen some people (namely my family) that NEVER take care of their cars, and I see some spark plugs go a pretty long time without any problems. I'm not arguing against changing plugs, but I fail to see it being worth it on gas mileage increases alone. If it starts misfiring, I'll change the plugs then. Thats my $0.02 on replacing plugs in a Camry.

Oh, and PCV valve, almost forgot that one. Yeah, I'd do that every time. If you take your car in for a tune up, make sure they do that, they like to forget that one.
