Does anyone have a good set of directions on how to intsall the HKS Turbo Timer Type -O O Silver Fatt on a mk3 supra?

Depends. Did you buy the vehicle specific wiring harness for the car?

It does, I've got it installed in my Supra.

If you don't use a harness you have to chop a bunch of the ignition wires under the column, otherwise you just plug it in, tap it into the handbrake line, and a chassis ground and you're golden.
