Two Questions

DO I NEED TO REPLACE THIS PIECE... IT HAS A CRACK INSIDE.... IS THERE ANY COSEQUENCES THAT THIS PIECE WOULD DO TO MY CAR IN THE FUTURE










2ND QUESTION,.... I JUST CHANGED MY OIL YESTERDAY BUT AFTER I CHANGED IT MY CAR IS TROWING ALOT OF SMOKE... I MAKED SURED THAT THERES WAS NO LIKS :confused:

1. Yes replace it. It's your Torque Motor Mount or "dogbone mount." Right now your engine probably rocks when you shift out of park. The part is pretty cheap and takes like 2 mins to replace yourself.

Just support the engine from underneath. Put a peice of wood on a floor jack and place it just under the oil pan. But just support it, there's no need to jack the car up. Unbolt the 2 bolts, replace with the new mount and retighten the bolts, remove the jack and your done.
