Is it me or does anyone with a camry of '97-'99 have the problem where the drivers side is slightly lower than the passengers, or vice versa, because stock it seems like the wheel gaps for the 2 sides are uneven by about 0.5-1.0"

Maybe the previous owner was a biggun?

A 300+ sized person driving a daily commute could soften springs. Especially if driving every day over bad roads.

I don't believe that it has lowering springs I did change a bad strut though. I think that the car was driven pretty hard over some f'ed up roads which could be a cause ?

I suggest you invest in some Eibach lowering springs. They are tops in quality. They'll always stay in shape. The only thing is they are quite expensive. 220+USD a set.

Also get some struts. Tockikos are good ones. They are around 350 for a set.

You'll love upgrading your suspension. It'll make your turning and handling much tighter and stiffer. Which will make your car feel more sporty.
