On sharp turns with the windows down, hearing a wow-wow-wow rhythmic sound from the wheels. Not loud but just there and steady. Doesn't seem to affect steering or driving at all.

I know it's an old car now with these sounds and symptoms to be expected. But not sure if it's an issue to look into, or can just ignore.

probably the CV boot rubbers making noise when at full compression.

Interesting that it could be bearings. For the first many years, the car was infrequently used. Hope to live with it, as it's only slightly apparent on turns.
