used car history /dealing with recalls

I just purchased a silver 2000 4-door sedan with 178,000km for $7000CAD, on the road from a dealer. I did the Carfax search and the record came out clean. I have a couple of concerns, such as the dealer stated it was a trade in from Montreal, yet the vehice was registered in New Brunswick. It does say that there was only one owner, but then the next four entries that puzzle me:

11/11/2004 Ontario Ministry of Transportation
Registration issued or renewed
Passed safety inspection
Vehicle previously registered in New Brunswick
Vehicle color noted as Gray

12/09/2004 Ontario Ministry of Transportation (Greater Toronto Area)
Registration issued or renewed
Registered as personal vehicle
Odometer reported as 163,800 kilometers

04/01/2005 Ontario Ministry of Transportation
Odometer reading reported for title or registration
Odometer reported as 169,700 kilometers

05/17/2005 Ontario Ministry of Transportation (Greater Toronto Area)
Registration issued or renewed
Registered as personal vehicle

Do these entries suggest another owner or anything else I should be suspicious of?

Also, if there were recalls on this car, can I make the seller fix these issues, or can I deal with them myself at a Toyota dealer?

Is there anything else I am missing?

Thanks.
