To me, the noise can be easily eliminated by a pair of true wireless earbuds with reasonably strong active noise canceling. My favorite so far is Sony Linkbuds S. They cancelled almost all the engine, road and wind noises, while I can still listen to music or talk to passengers. Best investment of $100 until it's time to change the tires
