Viper 5091 alarm system

hey guys, im thinking about getting a new alarm system. i currently have the clifford matrix 10.2x its a 2-way alarm system, the remote is a L.E.D remote, flashes lights on the remotes when the alarm goes off, but the range sucks, maybe like 2-300ft. Im thinking to get the new viper 5901 alarm system from sonicelectronix.com for $280. anyone have this alarm yet? is it worth $280?
