Purchased a 2014.5 Camry Hybrid. When I picked up the vehicle the Voice Recognition was initializing. Two weeks later it is still initializing and the default apps are gone. The vehicle has the Nav system. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 3 and it syncs up on Bluetooth, but no VR. Any ideas?

If it were my car, I would take it back to the dealer and have them set things up for you. They're supposed to do that.

agreed, my 2012 TCH came fully initiated and has been working fine ever since...
