VZ Block Parts Interchange

since there is no aftermarket support for the 2vz like in my Gen2, I'm curious as to what parts would be swappable off of a 3vz or perhaps 5vz, to further my parts selection for anything

I'm hoping a lightened flywheel at this point, but info would be helpful.
