Warranty questions???

Hi! I just have a quick warranty questions here regarding my 05 Corolla S. I drove my car from SAC to Sanjo over the weekend to attend family New Year party. It was raining hard and I guess my passenger splash shield/guard got damage and was hanging for a while. I just notice it when I started hearing the noise and stop wondering what the heck is that. I found that the splash shield/guard is hanging and hitting the passanger tire. The splash guard is been totally wipe out due to the tire hitting it. Now my question is... will this be cover under manufacturer warranty? Anyone have the same experience or input is very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I think it would be, it probably came off due to not being properly installed. I've heard of things like the oval covers that go on cars that come without the foglights being replaced by Toyota after them falling off the bumper, so I don't see why they wouldn't replace a splash shield.

As splash guard do you mean mud flap  ...I didn't know Toyota made form fitting guards for the S models..My 03S has the same lower side trim as yours and I can't get one for mine they only make them for the LE and CE..Every time I go for maintenance I ask the parts guy if their available and he says NO...Anyway if it was attached to your car when you bought it then it would be covered...The warranty states "Bumper To Bumper." Also check for any other damage it might have made to your car...Good Luck...~Radd Guy~
Thanks for the replies!... It's the fender liner I'm talking about. Yes it will be cover but they are still looking and speculating of what had happen that causes the liner to came off.
