well i ran out od gas and it was raining alot for the past week. i had a gas can with gas in it and i guess water got into the can. i put the gas in and water. now my car wont start. got it started but lots of white smoke. drove it to the gas tank and filled it up. now it wont start at all. what should i do?

Local parts stores have additives that you can put in there that will absorb the water...I think one is called STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer. The gas station you were at prolly has some too.
