Looking at the Rock Auto kits for a timing belt change and saw where it mentions the water pump with or without housing. Pic looks similar other than the gasket. What's the difference?
Front of the pump bolts to the back housing you can buy it with or without. If you buy without you'll have to clean up the mating surface of your housing, just buy the unit with housing.
