Well, I took the 91 tercel in for an oil change, and lower contol arm replaced. But latley I have noticed it makes a weird noise almost like something is dragging on the ground when I turn right or brake and its usually only when turning at low speeds. On the highway it is fine and it just got a saftey check. The mechanic said it could be a universal joint and if it starts amking the noise alot I should get it checked out. Anyone have any ideas what it might be? does it sound expensive?
