I have the same problem with mine, thats why I bought the car for so cheap. It happens when it rains or you go through big puddles. The wheel kicks back on you right? Its your belt. If you decide you want to fix this...get a new belt and clean your pulleys. *scrape the grooves* Whats happening is this, when you turn the wheel your making your power steering pump want to work harder, in turn it makes the pully harder to turn. If you have a loose or wet belt its gunna slip and cut your power steering off. Ive had this problem since I bought my Camry. Its happened to me mabey 3 times. To me...its a joke. :lol:
