I think that the skidplate is removable but don't know if it can be mounted as a stand alone piece. Maybe e-mail one of the sellers on e-bay.

Ths skid mounts to the bull bar. Without the bull bar there would be no way to mount the skid.

Is it possible to install the westin skid without the westin bar? I like the skid don't like the bar.. anyone ever heard of anyone doing this?

I am completely opposite. I hate the skid and I love the bull bar.

only thing close is the TRD alloy one. doesn't curve like the westin but thats the only one that you can plainly see.
