EDIT: SORRY...ALL GONE!

Thanks guys!

I contacted Wet Okole (CA) about purchasing bulk neoprene in black to cover my arm rests to match my new seat covers. They are willing to sell me a 4'x8' piece for $66.
A quarter of this will cover all 4 doors of my DC. They said I could pick it up when I stopped by to get my new covers in a few weeks.

Anyone interested in splitting the cost with me? $15 for 1152 sq. in. (1/4 of full sheet).
If you're local (Los Angeles) you can just stop by my house and pick it up, but I'll even ship it for $15 + shipping to anywhere in the lower 48.

1152 sq. inches is a quarter of this sheet. I figured 864 sq. in. is still a generous amount to cover all 4 arm rests.

If you're curious about how to cover your arm rests, here are two good links that provide step-by-steps. 3M Adhesive Spray 80 is specifically made for neoprene. Google it.

Here is my weak PhotoChop to give you an idea of how it may look with WO covers.

I missed out on splitting this with Nate. Is there anybody that lives near Wet Okole that might want to do this? I'd like to have some black material. We could split it. PM me.

I smell an E-bay venture from someone on here?

I guy could sell a lot of these considering there is over 500,000 of the new 2005+ Tacoma's on the road.

Has anyone covered theirs in neoprene yet? I'm interested to see how the neoprene fits. I'd be in for it if it was available again.
i got in with Nate on this one. When I get to doing this, I'll definitely post pics. But i honestly think Nate will probably get it done before I do, or the other 2 people. I am so swamped right now :(

edit: oops, I see Nate went ahead and posted about his install

My wife was trying to convince me to wait until the cloth wore out, but there was no way I was going to just sit on this neoprene.

I'll post more pics once I get the fronts done.

what's the thickness?

1.5 mm
2 mm
Man, .5mm is hard to see. I'm pretty sure mine measured 2mm. This is definitely thin enough for the armrests. Just be sure to trim the excess off so that the mounting holes lay flat.

I think I might line my glove box with the extra neoprene that I have left over. That way things stop rattling around in there. What else can I cover in neoprene? :naughty:

By the way, a quarter sheet of WO's neo is almost enough to give you 8 armrest covers if you space them close together and don't plan on too much excess.
