my fender bottom bolts are no longer there haha. What would be a good way to fix. Should I just add metal screws to it?

Drill out the rusty bolts/screws, and use something like this or similar:

Why don't you drill it out and put a threaded rivet nut in there.....they come from sizes M3 all the way up to M12. I bought a complete set off of Wish shopping and it has 101 uses.....its a lifesaver.

Not sure....but in the grand scheme of things........if this kit is used once for a critical job....its more than paid for itself.

Are these just the plastic grommets with self tapping screws that broke?
Plastic grommets hold the plastic wheelhouse liner to the body?
And the screws hold some other molding/trim piece?
