Looking to put static lowering springs on, to lower my 19 Camry about a inch all around the brands I am looking at are Eibach, Tein, RS-R, and TRD. Also looking to maintain the ride quality.

TRD or Eibach for sure, I have Eibach coilovers on my MK6 VW GTI with adjustable damping and they are awesome and NEVER had an issue in the last 5 years. No matter what you choose, you’re going to get a stiffer ride but those two put a lot into R&D and really consider a spring swap on OEM struts and shocks. I was actually looking for TRD springs from the TRD Camry, they do have different struts though adjusted to the spring rate. I’ve had all kinds of suspension setups thru the years, but Eibach was by far the best quality IMO. I’ve learned suspension mods aren’t where you want to be cheap, you get what you pay for..
