right, I own a 89 pickup xcab v6 3.0L 3vz-e. and get from 0-100 km in 13 sec

Basically a tune up,check your spark plugs,wires,distributor cap & rotor,air filter,fuel filter,oxygen sensor.Also clean throttle body and use Sea Foam products available in from Carquest auto parts stores.

They sell mild cams, Sea2Sky.com for 400$
Downey makes chrome plated or ceramic coated for 350-600$ depending on where you get them
Tune-up, what Sidney said plus PCV valve
