·I have an Interstate WTP-35 in my Vibe now. I bought it it with 100k miles almost 3 years ago........does anyone know if that if that could be the original battery?

Did you mean Interstate MTP-35?
Sounds like an aftermarket or dealer installed piece - as the OEM battery was a 320CCA battery, that Interstate is double - 640CCA. Check the date stamp on the battery to be sure - might have some life left in that Interstate battery.
As far as I know - Matrix and Vibe cars had Delphi/AC Delco Freedom batteries installed as OEM.
