I have seen a few pictures, some show just the shift knob and the actuall shifter (metal bar) - other show the stuff mentioned and the whole huge plastic mount.

What does it come with?

^ everything needed to make it a shorter throw, everything you have seen in the pics pretty much. only thing it may not come with is grease...its really strightforward.
