Sometime soon I'm going to be upgrading to some aftermarket exhaust. But I don't know what the best kind would be to get. Emissions isn't a problem but I don't want something obnoxious. The weber carb recommends free-flowing exhaust but I'm sure what the best bang for my buck would be. Would I be better off getting a header with a full system or just deleting the cat and muffler and putting a flowmaster or something in its place. Its an 87 2wd Pickup with the 22r.

headers make you faster and arent cheap. no cat and 40 series muffler???? are very common combo and sounds great not too loud. you could do both
