what do you think of these wheels? (***NEW PICS***)

these 17's came off my old Tahoe sport. the tire size is 285/60-17. believe it or not they DO NOT RUB in the front. the tires only have about 5k left of wear (soft street compound). but i cant tell if i like the look or not. i think with diff tires i'd like it better. they make a 17 BFG A/T i might see if that fits..

so..... YAY or NAY??

UPDATE: NEW PICS... who likes deep dish pizza?? i think they look good.. but the tires are LOUD and a little too sensitive for this truck.. needs alignment (not tracking well).. cornering is improved.. but she feels a little nervous when cruising (tracking/sensitivity issue).. seems like maybe too much tire.. need something a little less sensitive (all season or a/t).. plus, these have been sitting in a stack in my garage for 5 years.. anything to be concerned about? thanks

I think they look pretty bad ass. Keep that look, I like them better than the stock ones in the last picture. Just use the tires you got for another 5k, then get some different ones. It will look better than it already is. Good job. I like 'em.

I like the way it looks with the "fatter" tires, definitely would look awesome with some bf goodrich at's. I noticed the trd emblem on your grill is that an emblem or a sticker?

Those are decent looking rims, but I don't think they look right on the truck. That style wheel looks like it should be on a car.

yeah they are more of a street-truck style. that's what i was going for with my tahoe. i think they look pretty good in person though. the lips are defitely deep and makes them look very wide.. the 285/60s are meaty too

I think they would look better with different tires. I also like the chrome side steps where did
you buy them or did they come on the truck? If they came on the truck which dealer did you
purchase it from? I live in Ohio and my dealer says they can't get chrome only silver. Also the TRD emblem on the front where did you get it?

Thanx

everyone has been asking me about the chrome tube steps. when i ordered my truck through SET, they were a toyota option i had installed at the port. but not apparently you cant get them. no idea why that is.. trd emblem came from Ebay

Rims look good...the only thing that would bother me is the tire sticking out of the wheel well a bit....with the paint issues you might end up with chips all up the sides from rocks, etc........but your ride looks great!
