What does it take to swap a 4A-GZE in my 94' Celica ST?

I own a 89' Mr2 SC & planning to throw its 4A-GZE w/ 82,000 origonal miles in my 94' Celica ST. Also what would it take to install the 4A-GZE's tranny too?
