I think you're hearing the seat belt buzzer. Try buckling (and yes, close the doors too) prior to engine startup and see if it still makes the sound.

If the sound does go away after do you that first, you'll know for sure. If it doesn't stop, give us some more details. The early 5 or so tones due to not being buckled can not be overridden. The continued warning tones for not being buckled can typically be overridden with TechStream at your dealer or maybe with Carista. I have the continued alarm overridden on both of my Toyota's.

During this cold weather, my tires are down to 28 psi and no beeping.

Thanks, everyone. Tonight when the beeping occurred I noted red lights near the passenger side showing that the tire pressure is too low. Tomorrow will fill each tire to 35 and see if the five beeps cease. Until tonight, did not know these individual warning lights existed.

I have a 2019 SE, and the only lights I get are the yellow lights for tire pressure. Curious about the red lights.

The only time I have heard 5 beeps coming from the car is when I exit the car and shut the door while running and have the key on my person.

@MarkSmith,
Were the seatbelts buckled at the time "five beeps after the engine starts" occurred? Did it still happen after you filled up to correct tire pressure?

Other comments have spoken of the tones generated when you leave the car running and exit with the key. That is not the same cause (or sound) as the five beeps after starting the engine.
