In the Toyota genuine parts web sites and in this video ...

(Fast Forward to minute 0:28)

... I have seen 3 parts related to the jack:
(1) Jack Handle (Ok)
(2) Jack Wrench (Ok)
(3) Adaptor Socket (????)

This seems to be the mysterious part:

In reference to the part in which I interested, I:

(1) Sent a regular e-mail to the parts dealer, with the image/question attached below:

(2) Filled the form provided for questions in their web site's.

More than a week later, they have not replied. In fact, in my (admittedly short) experience I have never received an e-mail reply from any dealer. My record is about 0 out of 10.

The part you circled looks like the tow eyelet she mentions. Nothing to do with jacking the car. To use the eyelet you remove a plug on the bumper and thread the eyelet into the steel bumper.
