question 1) what is the purpose of that breather filter on the head??? normally there's a rubber line (like to the left) connected from somewhere to there.
2) why is the top of the air filter housing upside down???
the breather filter is really just a "show" mod. alot of 4ac owners flip the air filter cover upside down, because they think it gives them added horsepower due to added airflow. i doubt it does anything, as its a 80 hp, emissions engine. you gain noise though...
The rubber line you are referring to goes from the valve cover to underneath the air cleaner. And i have to say ditto to the filter being just for show.
