i'm trying to determine if my tps is correct. it shows around 79% at wot but the butterfly is fully open and there's no cable slack and the percentages go smooth from 11% idling to 79%max, no eratic readings on the graph.
what are your max readings?
does anyone show 100% or even anything close to it on their reader(s)?

That sounds about right, on my Lexus I get very similar readouts.

I get the similar.

Depending on temperature, TPS is as low as6%.

I think I get TPS 76% with accelerator fully depressed.

ok, i guess mine's fine then. i saw a youtube video from eric the carguy and he actually adjusted his tps to where it read 100% on the obd reader if i remember correctly. something about the floor mat keeping it from getting to wot. maybe toyotas read differently than other models.
thanks for checking. it just makes me thing my car has more power left that i'm not getting out of it though.

I remember that video think he was working on a Subaru. Toyota EFI systems read differently, I was working with a 7th generation Celica over the weekend similar readings as well you never get to 100% or zero.
