I would go back to dealership with respect to adding too much oil. Take a picture of the oil level measurement (with date) and what else was not done.

Then tell the service adviser that nothing else was done (based on your own inspection).

If they are truly concern about your problem, your next oil change will be free.

If not write a letter to the dealership and Toyota Canada (include documents and pictures)
