What the heck is this sound?

listen for the sound that sounds like keys are tingling. Turn your volumn UP and listen to the background. It's been like this for a while, and if you guys remember, i posted about this sound a while back. But now, its on video! try to listen to it and diagnose what the problem is. Hopefully its nothing big like my axles, or hubs/bearing, etc. It's coming from the passenger wheel, its very faint so listen careful.

hey i think i know this sound, ive heard it once or twice when its been really quiet out at night and i'm driving down an alley with my windows down, same side of the car too!

i cant find anything loose so i'm not worried about it.
