You'll have to forgive us, we don't have the lean burn 7A-FE in the USA so many of us won't be able to help you, also our octane rating system may be different than yours. My suggestion would be to run the mid grade fuel and if it knocks then use higher octane, if it doesn't knock try lower octane. Using a higher octane than needed won't hurt anything inside the engine.
