What would I need to turbo my 07 Corolla

I know the obvious like turbo,intercooler,oil feed lines, etc. But would I need to build the motor for like 10 pounds of boost and would I need to tune it to get more fuel and if so how would I go about tuning it I can’t really find any ecu tuning for the 1zz-fe
