Did a quick search on this subject but couldn't find the same problem I'm experiencing. Iv'e got an 07 access cab 4x4 and tried to install 16X8 Procomp 1089 wheels with a 4.5 inch backspace and 0 offset. The wheels fit on 3 corners, but hit the brake caliper on the front passenger side only. The driver side cleared with room to spare. Has anyone run into this problem before? Is there anything that can be done to remedy this aside from adding a wheel spacer or grinding the caliper? Thanks for the help.

Try swapping the front wheels to see if the front that fits also fits on the passenger side. There is nothing different up front that would make a wheel fit one side but not the other. Being a 16" wheel has nothing to do with it. My bet is there may be something different with one of your wheels.
