The cars we brought to uplift us towards motoring nirvana are a salt and pepper group; each great in their own way, but representing two different flavours.
A Maserati Gran Turismo MC Stradale, Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG and Aston Martin Vanquish form the Grand Tourer group, each of them super cars, but none of them supercars. The Audi R8 V10 Plus, McLaren 12C and Lexus LFA clearly are.
We finish our closed-road cavorting by filming a downhill run by the McLaren, Audi and Lexus. It's up there with the most fun I've ever had in a car.

it just sounds like a typical v8 american muscle car - a complete 360deg from the LFA
To be honest with you, it sounds more like a 4 cylinder VTEC Honda with a deep cold air intake.

Muscle car V8s sound quite burly, throbbing/pulsating and intense sound. To me, this sounds nothing like that.
