Where can I get this cover that this man is holding? His car is 2009 corolla so Im assuming I can fit it to my 2012 corolla

Oh, I think that's the radiator cover that he's holding not the engine cover. My bad.
Well you can still find it at the same places I mentioned.
You can also google the part number too. It's easy. Try it.

I am pretty sure that part was only sold on 10th and 10.5 gen Corolla Altis' that were sold in Europe. I found a picture of the radiator cover installed on a 2011 Altis:

I'd suggest on searching for a 2007-2013 Corolla Altis part diagram in order to find the part number. Then, you can use the part number to search for the cover on eBay or something.

It covers up the battery, AT dipstick. For accessibility reasons alone I wouldn't get it as I do my own maintenance.
