Or you could just get the armrests with the tweeter spot built in? it's about 7-10 screws and that's it. I just picked up 2 door panels for $30 at the salvage yard.

Nope, power window's/locks. I didn't think they ever made crank windows in a Gen 3. Either way, i would imagine you could just switch the arm rest part, not the whole panel.
