what I have done on mine is change the oil without a jack and then rotate the tires by jacking the frame on the side with a floor jack and doing one side at a time, I think the manual says rotate rears to the front and front to the rear . you would probably have to use a spacer like a 2x4 on your floor jack if your truck is lifted to get it high enough. If you jack the frame in the right spot balance wise both tires on one side can be lifted at once
