Welcome aboard the Nation! Is it a squealing sound? If so, it could be a loose serpentine belt tensioner. With that high of mileage it could need to be replaced.
whine when load on engine
I have a 1998 Tacoma, extra long cab. When I rev the engine in any gear, I get a whine noise. I have 219,500 miles.
Can any one help me, before this female goes to an auto shop and get taken for all the money I have in the bank.
