My second time there and not crazy about it.. Anyone there with 4x4's, I guess Imean "show by fours"??

The thought of going to S. Florida brings up: Humidity, wind, rain, crouds, traffic, bad drivers, crime, break-ins, ethnic minorit.ies, rudeness, state and gov't tight regulations, plus being so far south its like being some where else instead of......

Do I speak the truth? Hell, I lived there for 5 years so I know what to expect. The place "could" be paradise but just too much going on.....

I have a buddy in Tampa and its night and day compared to Miami! Much rather be there.....

I moved up from Miami area.... and I agree with you. I love it now in Ocala, Florida....close to lots of things and far enough away from the coast...it is in North Central Florida just west of daytona by about an hour drive.

BTW - this will be moved to the truck lounge soon.

I like the Miami area, so much stuff to do and can never get bored. Naples is alright.... =P

Lived there for 6.5 yrs. Kentucky now.

Went throught Hurricane Andrew...dont miss that. Dont miss the A-hole people with their attitudes.

Just down there over Christmas...do miss the weather right now.

i hate to say it but im done with jax. i have seriously been thinkin about moving to oregon or colorado and live for free with my sister while i finish school. jax is so boring, i have to drive to orlando atleast once a month to do something down there cause this place sucks. i've seen st augustine too many times and i can drive around the beach with my eyes closed. i guess im just one of those people that needs to be moving. i like tryin out new stuff. plus i heard they actually have real trails on the west coast for wheeling:naughty:

I live in Miami. Not everyone here is A-holes, some of them live in other states too. I've been here over 20 years. BTW it was 82 and sunny today.

Edit: Just checked my thermometer and its now 74 degrees at 11:05 pm.
