I had avs on my LS430 and they're good quality.
They're flat and stays close to the window, that might reduce the wind noise as compared to the jdm(?) that bows out a little........don't quote me on that since I never had jdm or other kind.

Hopefully, they'll be the same quality for the sienna:cool:

found another code AVS15 15%off exp 9/30:chug:
thanks:thumbsup:

Not that good in my personal opinion since this one you have to tape it install of the OEM where you just clip on.
No problems at all on my LS. I've had it for at over 1 year and they're still tight and in excellent shape.;)

They use 3m double tape and towards the front, there's a small tab that clips to the door seal.

Side by side comparison of the AVS and OEM Ventvisors

Fronts are pretty much identical

Rears are different. AVS fits right up to window and the OEM one fits up to door.

The OEM ones are slightly darker and a heavier plastic. Over all I think the AVS has a better looking fit, but the OEM ones are better made, but for the $40 or so difference, it's tough. If you are willing to pay the extra, go for the quality of OEM.......but if you like the AVS look and price better then go for those.

great comparison popp... the fitment of the rears is the one reason why i decided to go for the AVS; plus the OEM version is not available in the US market so buying the set from Canada would be much more with shipping and duty fees involved. got the AVS for $45 and change shipped with the coupon posted on this thread. either way you go, can't really go wrong. i've never been a fan of these deflectors but looks so great with this van particularly the SE. :D

boricua_aoc... your SE looks great! what color is that?

blackswagger... the deflectors are only about 3" height wise so not sure what kind of coverage you were wanting. from the inside looking out, you can see about 1.5-2.5 inches depending on how low you elect to mount the deflector on the door.

what about weathertech? So far they don't have it yet but they used to carry for 04-2010 model. My guess is they will have it later.

One thing about weathertech is their deflectors installed inside the window strip. It looks great but it affects the AUTO up/down on your power windows. On my 04, if you AUTO up, it would go back down right away as if it was hitting something. So we ended up not using the AUTO mode

grandpa- those are the look that I wanted. I figured nobody made them anymore since I haven't seen a set of the in-channel ones for a while for any vehicle. I guess when weathertech come out with them I will be getting a set.

blackswagger- the AVS code expired at the end of Sep., unless anyone have a new code. I couldn't find one when I was buying my AVSs
