If a window is down even an inch, it is so noisy I cant hear my radio. If open more, the wind is horribly blowing through the car. Is this inherent in celicas? 2003 GTS hatchback. Thanks.

blows no matter how much windows are open. wrecks my hair and can't hear my music. 😒
