hey everyone im new to this but ive had my yota for bout 2 years now and i love it its a beast but the damn driver side window is hard to roll up i bought a new window regulator and it still is kinda tough i keep stripping the plastic door handles and i cant find metal ones anyone know what cause this problem?

um yeah, I took my door panel off and used white lithium grease to grease the roller arms on the "x" assembly and the track at the bottom and top. I like the white lithium grease from a spray can because I spray it into the door locks and crank assemblies too

My rear guide was sticking and the rubber was slipping out of place. I refitted mine and sprayed some silicone in there. It's working fine but I need to do it every 2 years or so. Look near the rear of the inside of the door.

i was gonna say...possibly the tracks for the window or something?

so i can see that the guides slipped in the back cuz outside on the top of the window stripping it has moved but how the hell do i get it back up its a pain....
