Question:
When your wipers are in ON in LOW. (stalk goes intermittent, low, high)... do your wipers go into and out of intermittent mode when you stop at stop lights or sit totally still in traffic?

Reason that I ask, is I was driving to dinner the other night in the rain (wipers on LOW) and got stuck in traffic at several lights.
When stopped for a period the wipers went from normal tempo down to like a medium intermittent.
When I took my foot off the brake, they went back to normal tempo.

Thought it was strange.

Notes:
- Alternator is good with no issues.
- Battery is a 6mo old Optima gel cell
- NOT Rain-sensing wipers
