I posted before about what i believe is valve or valve lifter noise in my 03 S. I got some feedback about similar noises in other cars but still worry that this might be something worse. If I had a bad valve or valve lifter, could it be diagnosed and taken car of without removing the head and how easy can this be done? I have been warming the car up before driving it and it doesn't sound so alarming, but I am fretting over this and would love some optimistic input if it's possible. Thanks.
